Can you move my boiler when you fit the new one?

Usually, yes. Lots of people use a new boiler as the chance to get it out of the kitchen or airing cupboard. It adds a bit of time and pipework, and John will talk you through the options and the cost at the survey.

I have an old back boiler. Can you replace it?

Yes. We'll safely disconnect and remove the old back boiler, make good, and fit a modern boiler in a sensible location. It's normally a two to three day job rather than one.

How long does a new boiler installation take?

A straight swap for a similar boiler in the same place is usually done in a day. Moving the boiler or changing the type of system normally takes two to three days.

What warranty comes with a new boiler?

It depends on the make and model, but as a Baxi approved installer we can offer warranties of up to 10 years on selected boilers. We register it for you once it's fitted.

Is the survey and quote free?

Yes, and with us being based in Knott End it's no trouble to pop round. There's no obligation and no hard sell.
