What's your boiler doing?

Boiler repair questions

How quickly can you get to me in Poulton-le-Fylde?

It could be the thermostat or its batteries, a wiring or receiver fault, or the boiler itself. Try new batteries in the thermostat and check the boiler display for a fault code. If that doesn't sort it, we'll test the controls and the boiler and find which one is at fault.

I'm a landlord. Can you sort a repair at a rental property?

Yes. Just let us know how to get access and who to deal with. If the property's gas safety certificate (CP12) is due, we can often do it at the same visit.

Is it worth repairing an older boiler?

Sometimes. A cheap part on a sound boiler is worth fixing. If it's 10 to 15 years old, keeps breaking down or parts are hard to get, a new boiler is usually better value. We'll give you an honest answer and let you decide.
