Can I have a combi boiler with two bathrooms?
Sometimes. It depends on the water pressure and flow coming into your house. If both are good, a powerful combi can cope. If not, a system boiler with a cylinder is the better choice. John will test it at the survey and tell you which works.
Will a new boiler bring my gas bills down?
If you're replacing an old non-condensing boiler, a modern condensing one is a lot more efficient, so you should use less gas for the same heat. How much you save depends on your home and how you use it.
How long does a new boiler installation take?
A straight swap is usually done in a day. Moving the boiler or changing the type of system normally takes two to three days.
What warranty do I get?
It depends on the make and model, but as a Baxi approved installer we can offer up to 10 years on selected boilers. We register the warranty for you once it's fitted.
Do you charge for the survey and quote?
No. The survey and quote are free with no obligation. Take your time to think it over.
